Graduates and former students of RGC known as "Road Scholars" have experienced the uniqueness that is RGC.
"I am proud and excited to serve the Rio Grande Road Schoars Alumni Association of Sul Ross board. I encourage former students to join us in our cause to help make Sul Ross State University Rio Grande College a top-notch, affordable higher learning institution. We all need to do our part in ensuring other students and prospective students get to take advantage of the same benefits we did when we attended Rio Grande College. We are a new association but the foundation is being built to allow us as former students and professionals to make a difference for future generations to come." Rowland D. Garza [BA '99, MA '04], President, Road Scholars Alumni Association
