Certification Requirements

All coursework taken for certification must equal or exceed an overall grade-point average of 2.5 on a 4-point scale, with no grade lower than a C. Student teaching is required for certification. Certification requirements will parallel the state standards and may change when the state standards change. Students must meet the current state standards for certification.
