Practice TExES Exams

All TEXES practice tests are now online. These are for students who are attending RGC in the post-bac program only. The tests include:

• 4-8 Generalist
• 4-8 Bilingual Generalist
• 4-8 PPR
• 4-8 English/Language Arts/Reading
• 4-8 Social Studies
• 4-8 Math
• 8-12 PPR
• 8-12 History
• 8-12 Math
• 8-12 Social Studies
• 8-12 English, Language Arts and Reading
• Principal
• Superintendent

If you would like to take a practice test, that is available for your specialization, please contact Nicole Ogburn at (830) 279-3005. The days and times available are as follows: FRIDAYS at 9 am and 1 pm. ONLY 10 PEOPLE WILL BE ALLOWED AT EACH TIME, PER SITE TO TAKE A TEST, SO YOU MUST CALL IN ADVANCE.

At least 24 hours' advance notice is needed to set a person up on the computer to take the practice test. These tests will be available to be taken at all sites via polycom and will be monitored via polycom.

Do not take any personal items to the testing area, including cell phones, PDA's, purses, BAGS, ETC. A pencil and scratch paper will be provided. Once you finish, you must throw away your scratch paper and return materials to the appropriate person. If you have any questions, please contact me. As we update and get new tests I will let everyone know via email.

Practice exams are given on Monday-Thursday, between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. and Fridays in the before noon in Uvalde. Call at least a day in advance to schedule a practice exam.
