Criminal Justice Minors
Students minoring in criminal justice should follow the requirements listed in the catalog under which their degree plan falls.

Recommended Courses
- CRIM 3305: American Jurisprudence
- CRIM 3308: Principles of Evidence
- CRIM 4301: Drug Enforcement
- CRIM 4302: Constitutional Law
- CRIM 4305: Criminal Procedure
Students may opt to take criminal justice courses that compliment their major. Example: Psychology majors may take such courses as criminology, family violence, victimology and juvenile delinquency.
Minor Options for Criminal Justice Majors
Criminal justice students may select one of the following disciplines in which to minor:
1. Liberal Arts: 18-20 Credit Hours
- Biology (Recommended for students seeking employment in federal or state wildlife management)
- English, History, Mathematics, Psychology, Social Science, Spanish
2. Department of Business: 18 Credit Hours
Students who wish to enter the graduate program seeking a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a concentration in criminal justice are encouraged to complete a minor in business administration.
