The Admissions and Records Office is the steward of official academic records for all current and former students of Sul Ross State University – Rio Grande College. The Admissions and Records mission is to maintain and produce student academic records, ensure the privacy and security of those records, and to provide a wide range of quality support services to students, alumni, faculty, administrative offices, and third parties. The Office of Admissions and Records also maintains student and faculty data for state and federal reporting, providing compliance with various privacy laws and certification of veteran education training and SEVIS. The Office of Admissions and Records is dedicated to reinforcing academic policy, preserving academic integrity, and supporting the educational mission of the University.

Anyone considering attending Rio Grande College must fill out an application form before the admissions and registration process begins. You can use the Texas Common Application form appropriate to your category:

• Undergraduate Application Form
• Graduate Application Form
• International Application Form -- both undergraduate and graduate

When you submit the form, remember to provide an official copy of any prior college transcripts. Our Checklist for Admissions will help you make sure you have all the documents you need.
